This month wouldn't be complete without talking about New Year's Resolutions. So many resolutions are broken by the second Friday of January (yes, today!) that today has been dubbed Quitter's Day.
But it doesn't have to be that way.

This month is also a time when triathletes are in the middle of off-season. For most of us, this down-time is emotionally difficult-it's hard to just do nothing. Or at least a lot less.
